Saahil Goel is Co-Founder and CEO of Shiprocket, a data-driven logistics aggregation platform which drives efficiency in India’s eCommerce logistics by connecting online retailers with logistics providers along the supply chain to enable end-to-end solutions. The company envisions collaboratively connecting online retailers, logistics companies and consumers in a seamless platform to create delightful shipping experiences for everyone. The company’s core goal is to power the largest number of shipping transactions in the direct to consumer e-commerce space in India.

In India, an average of 1M direct-ecommerce packages is delivered each day. This number is expected to reach 3M by 2022. An ecosystem and data connected platform has advantages over other single layer and traditional logistics models and can provide an effective solution to meet the fast-growing logistics demand prompted by the explosive growth in direct e-commerce. Shiprocket aggregates and integrates existing industry logistics resources and uses data and intelligent workflows to create a seamless platform for enhancing logistics efficiency, while empowering sellers, consumers as well as it’s logistics partners.

An MBA and MS from the University of Pittsburgh (USA), Saahil started his career as a Business Analyst at Max Life Insurance. Before conceptualizing Shiprocket, Saahil was working as a Technology and Process Consultant for SDLC Partners (with Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield). He was also a part of the founder’s teams of Kasper Consulting. Saahil has interned with Bayer and Wal-Mart Stores Inc. while pursuing MBA in the USA. (Source: LinkedIn)
