What dates is The Montgomery Summit and when should I arrive?
The 2020 Montgomery Summit will be held on March 4 & 5, 2020. Check in will open on March 3rd at 2:00pm until 7:00pm and recommence on March 4th from 7:00am and be open for the remainder of the conference.
Where do I check in?
Check in will be in The Monty tent, the large white tent on the outside of the hotel.
Do I need to keep my badge with me?
Yes, you will need your badge on you at all times in order to access any of the areas reserved for The Montgomery Summit 2020 at the Fairmont Miramar.
Do I need to book a hotel room?
Yes. The Montgomery Summit has a room block at Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows, The Huntley Hotel, Santa Monica Proper Hotel and Shore Hotel. You can reserve accommodations over the phone — just mention The Montgomery Summit during booking.

How do I schedule private meetings?
Once registered for the Summit, all attendees will be able to schedule private one-on-one meetings through their personal profile on our registration platform, Jujama. The meeting scheduling will open in mid-February. Detailed instructions to navigate the meetings platform will be sent to all attendees.
Do I have to take one-on-one meetings?
No. If you do not wish to schedule meetings with other attendees, there is an option within your profile to blackout your availability.
When will the agenda be released?
The agenda for The Montgomery Summit 2020 will be finalized in early 2020. We are happy to provide a general overview of the Summit for your reference:
The Montgomery Summit will kick off with a welcome reception on Tuesday, March 3rd at The Getty Villa. The Summit officially begins the next day, with regular programming from 8:30am to 6:00pm on Wednesday, March 4th, and from 8:30am to 5:00pm on Thursday, March 5th. Both days will feature company presentations, speakers, panels, and 1-1 meetings. There will be a cocktail party with heavy hors d’oeurves on Wednesday night, and a closing reception Thursday evening.
We will be posting a more comprehensive agenda on our website in the weeks leading up to the conference, including times for company presentations, panels, and keynote speakers.

Can I see a list of names who will be attending the conference?
We do not publicly release the names of those who will be attending the conference; however, a list of companies who will be in attendance is regularly updated on our website and can be seen here. Additionally, once registration has been completed all attendees will be able to view other registrants when the 1-1 meeting scheduling portal has been opened.
When does registration end?
We encourage you to register as soon as possible to take advantage of the early registration pricing that will end in early December. Registration will end when capacity is reached, which is usually in late February.

- Service Provider Registration: $2,495 inc. taxes and fees
- VIP Registration: $6,995 inc. taxes and fees
Regular Registration Jan. 10th – Feb 16th
- Regular Registration General: $2,295 inc. taxes and fees
- Regular Registration Service Provider: $2,995 inc. taxes and fees
Late Registration Feb 22nd – Mar. 5th
- Late Registration General: $2,595 inc. taxes and fees
- Late Registration Service Provider: $3,295 inc. taxes and fees
- Guest Pass: $500 inc. taxes and fees
A limited number of guest passes are available for purchase by registrants for $500 each. Guests can enjoy Receptions, the Speaker Tent, and the Monty Lounge. Passes do not allow access to company presentations, keynote speeches, or 1-1 meetings. Each registrant may request up to one guest pass. All requests are subject to review by The Montgomery Summit.
